Hey guys. Just a quick update on some issues decided at last Officers Meeting:

1) Temporarily limit new recruits to lvl 40+.

2) Mandatory Addons (You don't have - you don't run); CTRaid, Guild Event Manager (GEM), Teamspeak.

3) GEM - Please schedule and signup all instances thru this. I understand if it is a sudden decision to run can not use. If you don't sign up for ZG etc, this way, your spot will be taken by someone who did.

4) Wednesday Night - This is the night 60s will help lower lvl guildees do ELITE or INSTANCES only. To help with other quest etc or other nights, please group with peops your lvl. We don't mind helping but we can not every night. We have repuation, gear etc we are working on as well. And we will not run if you don't have the mandatory mods.

5) Leaving raids early. When your time is limited, ask the person setting up the raid how long a comittment they expect from you. If you can not stay that long DO NOT GO. People depend on you being there. If you can find a replacement then that is ok, but it is your job to find a replacement not raids. Also, if you are told it will take 2 hours and it is approaching 5 hours then whoever is directing the raids fault. hehe.

6) In raids. You must listen and do as you are told otherwise a substitute will be used.

Great job!

Hope everyone is doing well. I had a couple of things to discuss:

1) Congrats to our 5 new Officers: Rekrim, Sharpfang, Screwball, Rtmafia and Leboeuf. If you need anything just ask them. May not can do "everything" but I know they will try.

2) Tank fund: As stated earlier, try to send a couple silver og G every once in a while to "Fort Knox" to help fund the Main tank in instances. This is not a requirement, but I do think if you are in the ZG raid you should try to send some. hehe.

3) Thanks to Screwball, we now have a TS server. Go to Members Forum for details. Note during raids, this will be limited to raid participants and not general chat.

4) Been some discussion on loot rules as well.

   raids 2 - 20 members. Usual loot rules apply. PASS on all BOP (Blues). Never select NEED. After everyone passes then a /random 100 will be done, 1st for those that can use and need. If no one needs then the random 100 will be for need.

Zul Gurub - In this raid the coins and Bjorj will be rolled as NEED if the are required in the quest you have. Not all need same color, etc. Warriors need different than priest so only roll if need for quest. Write down before run what you need so you can glance at it when pops up. All other drops fall under above loot rules.

raids above 20 - We are going to use the Alternative loot request listed here or pull from another one we are reviewing. We may tweak it some, but this will apply to MC etc.

5) Required Mods. Please install CTraid Assist and become familar with it. you can download at http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?sectid=14 I am also looking at the GuildEventmanager on there. Download as well. We will use for bigger raids. If we list 5 warriors for a run, 1st 5 get in, next are down as subs and shows in game. Lets try this. Please install as well - http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=1592 Once installed open it (Icon on minimap) and go to options. change default channel to "ctdragonblades"

6) We hit 200 guildees this past weekend!!!!!!!!

7) Website/Teamspeak help. Any guildee that can help keep website up and running with a donation of $2.00, please submit on donation button on bottom left.
