Another great week Blades!
1) Downed Golemagg and Sulfuron this week!!!! In a month we will be downing Rag. Woot guys, awesome work!! Start working on that fire res. gear and/or enchants!
2) Continue working on getting attuned for Onyxia. We would like to try by July 1, 2006. So start now!
3) DBRP changes - The Officers are currently working on a new/revised system, stay tuned...

What a MC weekend Blades!!!! (starting from Thursday). Thursday we did the setup run an got Luci and Mag. Saturday we did Gehennas, Garr and Geddon (First time on Geddon). Then we did the closeout run last night and got Shazzrah on the first try and tried Golemag twice. First time 4% and 2nd time to 1%!!!!!! Guys, we were 1% from getting 7 MC bosses and 3 new ones this weekend. Woot!!! At this rate we will be hopefully at Majordomo in less than a month! We had tons of epics drop and this will only help us advance further. Keep it up!
2) Scoz has come up with a replacement to GEM that we will be trying this week. It is a webbased signup so you have to signup on the website. It is on the front page top left corned under "Raid Signup" Please start using today.
3) DBRP - Now that we are advancing in MC and have had a chance to see how our system is working we have decided to make a few minor changes in our system. These will be implemented soon so stay tuned to webpage for details.
4) Class Spec - We are getting more and more people involved in MC as you guys have noticed. To advance in MC we need people to be specced a certain way to advance. If you don't want to specc for endgame that is fine, but keep in mind you may be passed over for someone who is specced for endgame. Ex. Mages need frost over fire, Priest need healing, Warriors need protection, etc. This is not mandatory that you respec, just keep in mind MC will start to be filled for "need" so we can get to Rag!!!!

Another excellent week guys! For the 3rd week in a row we have downed the first 4 bosses in MC and for the last 2 weeks we have been working on Baron. As you can see we have gotten better on him but we are not their yet. But we will get their soon. It may take a little more fire res gear but getting there. As far as loot, since we have started MC 6 weeks ago, we have received over 50 epic drops. I would venture to guess that over 75% of MC runners have recieved loot and over 90% of the regular runners have recieved loot. Great work guys. Just farming the first 4 bosses will net around 5 of the 8 Tier 1 pieces for most of the classes!!!!
Lava Core, Firey Cores and Core Leather - Most of this is used to make advanced gear etc, for our MT, etc. However in the event we have extra, please feel free to put a request into Fort Knox. We need to know exactly what you want it for (Selling it is not an option). This will also cost 30 DBRP per item and the request will be filled at the discretion of myself or one of my officers based upon what we feel will best benefit the guild. If you are turned down do not get mad. This is limited right now and some things have priorities over others. As we advance, rules maybe lifted somewhat. |

Guys what can I say, but WOOT!!!! Last week on our first 100% Blade run we downed Luci. This week on our 2nd run not only did we down Luci but Mag as well and why stop there. On Sunday we downed Gehannas and Garr. On our 2nd full DB run you downed 4 MC bosses!!!!!!! On top of that over 12 Epics dropped. Great job guys. As you know from this point on FR gets more and more important. We need to start working on that before we can go too much farther, but we will move on. Everyone plz thank Hurtz, Screwball and all the guys (too many too mention) that have helped with mats for the potions etc., also plz help us farm the mats needed. See forums for details. Also, it took us a little longer on the loot, but we wanted to make sure was RIGHT, so hang in their, we are working on more automated ways. Lets do the same thing this weekend and plz remember if you sign up on GEM and it says you are a sub, still be present. Every sub last night was able to go because of no shows etc. So be there!!!!!!
Also everyone did awesome, healers, tanks, everyone. I would like to thank Conset for again doing an awesome job as well as Ehmona his help in leading and strategy assistance. Why are we doing good in MC? Other than having good players, we are working as a team and listening and coming prepared--- emote: Thespore Bows before the guild!! |

Awesome work Blades!!! This weekend you guys kicked some ass. You not only downed Jeklik and Venoxis but in our first 100% Blade only MC run, you kicked Luci's ass. She didn't know what hit her!!! Who needs to run with another guild! Not DB!!!
As you guys can see, having the right classes, potions, etc helped everyone. I especially want to thank the Officers for the hard work and time they put in making potions etc, for you guys! But for future runs we need all to help with the mats for potions to be used. If you can't farm them, then plz send a Gold donation and we will buy the mats! I had Officers spending over 100G on there own! We can't have that! You guys are great and I know will help out!!
In addition, I think we are at the point where recruiting will be greatly reduced. We have some great guys under 60 and are waiting on you to get here!
