Even with the summer vacation season upon us, our end-game efforts have continued to be very successful. Though we have less members online at any one time, those that ARE there are a lot stronger group than the ‘60’ level shows. The guild has collected an obscene amount of epic loot over the last few months (see the new Member Loot List), and raid bosses are dropping left and right. We downed Onyxia with just 27 raiders. We cleared through the lava packs in MC with just 25 raiders, and downed Golemagg and Sulfuron with 30. Who needs full raid groups? We blew through ZG last night, clearing to and downing Hakkar on a single night. We’ve gone two weeks downing the first 6 MC bosses in just 3 hours with no wipes. In all, we’re downing roughly 20 raid bosses a week now, some of them more than once.
But we won’t stop here. Continue to work on your Fire Resistance. We’ve set the ‘100FR unbuffed’ goal, but that’s just a beginning. The more FR you have, the more success you’ll see as we work Ragnaros, Onyxia, and before too much longer, make our presence known in Black Wing Lair.
Aside from all the gear we’re gaining, we’re really gelling as a team. People know their rolls in each boss fight, and are really playing at the next level. Things like the bad Luci pull last week while we were downing the first dog pack would wipe most raid groups. But we hung tough, finished the pack, engaged Luci and brought him down, only losing a handful of raiders. Simply awesome; and just one more sign of how far we’ve come.

Business as usual - Another Onyxia downing and another Domo submission. We are also making great progress in ZG and AQ. I hope everyones Rep is going ++++++. Great work guys!
Also, on a more serious note. Remember we expect loyalty to DB. By being loyal, you get to go on numerours MC, Onyxia, ZG and AQ 20 raids and get geared etc. We pass out cores to guildees to make FR gear. All of this is done to get the entire guild geared for advancing in endgame, whether it is for Rag or the future... That being said, I am not going to allow people that apply to other guilds to do endgame runs to get geared and take the gear from those that are loyal. So please keep in mind, if you apply for another guild, you will either be banned from endgame runs or kicked. Just remember, you hurt all of the guild by doing this.

Congrats on a great MC run guys!! Everyone needs to start working on getting FR gear. We (Officers) are making gear now and gradually distributing the best we can. Be patient, we have a certain order that we have to follow.

Another great week!! This week we made our first attempt at Major Domo and did great for our first attempt at him. Want be long guys, I can smell Rag!
I also would like to welcome our new members. As many of you know we had several guys from Horde join up this week, Terrafax for one. I appreciate the efforts he has put into doing regular 20 man raids for us. Everyone should thank him as well.
Remember to sign up for MC etc on raid sign up page - it is required.
And on a personal note, I know you have seen Thespore on a lot less lately. I have been busting ass to get my lock, Grielan, to 60 (55 tonight!!) so if you need anything look on that alt as well. In 2 weeks he will be 60 and instancing more, and I will be glad to stop all this questing/grinding. lol, man I forgot how much fun it was.
