List your rotation as well after the paragraph. Druids are known for their high health, and huge amounts of armor. Feral tanks are different from other tanks because they are made for more mitigation and not so much for avoidance, although we do have a good amount of dodge. It is important for all tanks to have a avoidance set, and a mitigation set. Feral tanks have to gem straight agility for avoidance, while mitigation would be straight stamina. I tend to make an in between set, but that's only because of my lack of gear at this time. My rotation starts with using faerie fire, and taunt. After that it depends on if I need to aoe tank, or single target. If I am aoe tanking, I spam swipe and use maul. If I am tanking one mob, I use mangle when it is up, and spam lacerate and maul.
5. Please list your average play times that you are usually online during the week and during the weekend. You should be specific. Official DB raids are Tue-Thur-Sat 6st-10st; Will you be able to make all of the raid times? If not, why? During the week I am usually on from 2:30 ST to 10 ST. On weekends I am usually on from 10 ST A.M. to 11 ST P.M.
6. List your past guilds and your reason for leaving, starting with the most recent.ITF - Merged with Dragon Blades.
7. What is your goal in joining the Dragon Blades and what can you contribute to the guild? My goal is to see more content and to further my mastery of the druid during the content. I can bring a good attitude, friendly advice, and a awesome furry bear to the guild.
8. How did you hear about the Dragon Blades? If you heard from a friend, then who is your friend.I heard about the Dragon Blades from Doomraven, a friend of mine. He was the GM of ITF.
9. Are you applying for a Raider position or a Casual position? (Casual members will only be used to fill raids on nights that there are not enough Raiders). Definately raider, but will take a casual spot if I cannot make raider.
10. How long have you been playing? Give us an estimated amount of time.I have been playing for 4 and 3/4 years. Since vanilla wow, through BC, and now into WOTLK.
11. What is your raiding experience in the following zones? Please state whether you cleared 10 or 25 man, or both. ~Naxxramas - Cleared 10 and 25 man.
~Obsidian Sanctum (0-3 drakes?) - 10 man with 2 drakes up, 25 man with 2 drakes up.
~Eye Of Eternity - Cleared 25 man.
~Ulduar - Cleared 10 man, on Yogg in 25 man.
~Trial of the Crusader - Cleared Reg and Heroic 10 man. Cleared Reg 25 man, on beasts in 25 heroic.
11b. Please give an example of a raid boss fight from the above instances where your class and spec excels or benefits the raid greatly and explain why. Since druids are known for mitigation, a feral druid is very nice for Thorim Hard mode. Thorim has a high chance to crit, and swings very fast, so a bears increased chance to dodge and high armor reduces damage taken. Besides, a feral druids 5% crit is very useful as well!
12. Internet Connection.
12a. What kind of internet connection do you have, and what is the bandwidth (speed)? I have comcast cable, and its 6.5 mbps.
12b. Do you share your connection or your computer? Yes I share a connection.
12c. Do you have roommates or family that download large files? Nope, only on patch days.
12d. Do you have any other issues that would cause you to have connection problems? Only if comcast decides to screw up.
13. Let us know you in a nutshell. What is your Age and give us some general information about yourself.I am 17 years old, and plan on going to University of Michigan of Dearborn. I plan on going for Electrical Engineering, and making my life worthwhile. I enjoy lifting weights, playing games, and watching movies. I tend to attract unattractive women from school, so that's something you can tease me about.
