APPLICATION TEMPLATE - Use me!

When making your post, the subject line should conform to the following format:

Character name - Level and Class - Spec - Raid or Casual.
<----------------Put this in the subject line!

eg; Crysys - 80 Druid - Restoration - Raid/Casual

Do not delete the questions in the application, type your response after them.

1. Class / Level / Spec
      1b.   List your alts here. If you do not plan on tagging any of them please give a reason next to that alt.

2. Please post a link to your character(s) armory. Make sure when you log off, you are in your main specs gear.

3. Please post your most important and beneficial stats related to your class and the specific amount (unbuffed) of each. (Examples: ~1. Tanks - Health, Defense, Attack power, Expertise, Block rating ~ 2. Healers - Spell power, Mana per 5, Spirit, Intellect, Crit, Haste ~ 3. Melee Dps - Attack Power, Agility, Crit, Expertise, Hit rating, Strength, Haste ~ 4. Caster Dps - Spell power, Crit, Hit, Haste, Intellect, Spirit ~ )

4. In at least 3 sentences, list what is most important about your class and spec. Make it at least 3 sentences!, not just MaGeS GO PEW PEW, and LoCkS go moar dotz. List your rotation as well after the paragraph.

5. Please list your average play times that you are usually online during the week and during the weekend.  You should be specific.  Official DB raids are Tue-Thur-Sat 6st-10st; Will you be able to make all of the raid times? If not, why?

6. List your past guilds and your reason for leaving, starting with the most recent.

7. What is your goal in joining the Dragon Blades and what can you contribute to the guild?

8. How did you hear about the Dragon Blades?  If you heard from a friend, then who is your friend.

9. Are you applying for a Raider position or a Casual position? (Casual members will only be used to fill raids on nights that there are not enough Raiders).

10. How long have you been playing? Give us an estimated amount of time.

11. What is your raiding experience in the following zones? Excluding Tier 7 content, please indicate your experience in 10 and 25. Also, indicate any Heroic bosses downed.

11b. Please give an example of a raid boss fight from the above instances where your class and spec excels or benefits the raid greatly and explain why.

12.  Internet Connection.
   12a.   What kind of internet connection do you have, and what is the bandwidth (speed)?   
   12b.   Do you share your connection or your computer?   
   12c.   Do you have roommates or family that download large files?   
   12d.   Do you have any other issues that would cause you to have connection problems?


13. Let us know you in a nutshell. What is your Age and give us some general information about yourself.

14. Have you read all The Dragon Blades policies that are "stickied" at the top of this forum?

15. Have you applied to any other raiding guilds at this time? If so what guild and why?

16.  List your forum username that you just signed up with.
