The last obstacle between the Dragon Blades and Kael Sunstrider fell today - the phoenix, Al'ar.
With SSC behind us and a full clear of the TK sub-bosses we're now poised to tackle the greatest of the Tier 5 challenges: Kael, Lord of the Blood Elves!
Grats Dragon Blades! Tier 6 beckons...

Lady Vashj lays conquered at the feet of the Dragon Blades. What a way to get the new year rolling! Halfway to Mount Hyjal and Tier 6! Great work everyone, let's see what Kael has in store for us...

The Dragon Blades took time out of our busy SSC/TK schedule to take care of unfinished business. After being dropped from the attunement chain for Tempest Keep, we chose to abandon Magtheridon for more lucrative Tier 5 treasures. Now we've returned to Hellfire Citadel and polished off this thorn in our sides once and for all!
That's it - Tier 4 is complete.

Tonight the Blades dove deep into SSC and two-shotted Fathomlord Karathress. Combined with the 3 attempts from last week, it only took us 5 tries to down this guy.
Unbelievable...
Now we stand ready to attempt Lady Vashj herself.
